I ordered an adjustable desk but ended up getting the wrong size. I wanted to send it back and swap it for a bigger one. Then I got an email from Office Boffin saying I had to pay a return fee of 60 pounds.

I purchased an "Alpha XL Bariatric 35 Stone 24 Hour Leather Faced Manager Chair". Even though I'm not close to the weight limit, I was looking for something really solid. The chair arrived, and I started putting it together, but unfortunately, the bolt sockets for the backrest that connect the arms to the base were too small for the bolts that came with it, which is crucial for stability.

I reached out to Office Boffins, and Adam got back to me right away, saying he’d send a backrest with the right bolt sockets. There was a little mix-up at the factory where the wrong sockets were used. Hey, mistakes happen; we’re all human, right?

A few days later, the backrest with the correct sockets showed up. I put it together, and everything's great—super comfy!

After checking the dimensions, when the chair finally showed up and we put it together, it was obvious it was way too small. At 5 ft 6, I barely fit on the seat, and it didn’t adjust high enough either. When we tried to disassemble it, the gas cylinder was stuck to the legs. I reached out to Office Boffins, and Adam got in touch with the manufacturer, sending over instructions for disassembly. However, when we followed those, part of the chair just fell apart. I was really stressed out about the whole situation, but Adam handled everything with such calmness, and I ended up getting my refund.
